摘　　要：病有虚实而治有补泻,补泻是中医疗病的基本法则,魏稼教授认为针刺补泻手法是针法中的精尖技术,其效果是评价医生水平的重要标准。魏老不仅对针刺捻转补泻、提插补泻、迎随补泻、呼吸补泻、开阖补泻等有独特见解,还对针刺补泻操作手法,补泻的顺序、特异性以及针具选择与疗效关系等有深刻认识。文章对魏教授针刺补泻理论及手法进行整理,以便于窥见其临床特色与学术思想崖略。Disease includes deficiency and excess and cure includes reinforcing and reducing,reinforcing and reducing is the basic law of medical diseases.Professor WEI Jia believes that the acupuncture technique is the elite technique in the needle method,and its effect is an important standard to evaluate the level of doctors.Professor WEI is not only has unique insights to the reinforcing and reducing by twirling of needle,reinforcing and reducing by lifting and thrusting,reinforcing and reducing by greeting and following,reinforcing and reducing by breathing,reinforcing and reducing by opening and closing activities,also has a deep understanding of the operation techniques of acupuncture reinforcing and reducing,the order and specificity pf reinforcing and reducing,relationship between needle selection and curative effect.This paper summarized the theory and techniques of professor WEI to detect its clinical characteristics and academic thoughts.
