摘　　要：非特异性下腰痛(NSLBP)是临床上常见且发病机制复杂的脊柱源性疾病,以疼痛、功能障碍为主要临床表现。中医临床基于"筋骨失衡"为发病机制对该病进行相关性探讨。房敏教授基于"筋骨平衡"理念,贯彻"先治筋,后调骨"的原则,运用脊柱微调手法治疗NSLBP,改善腰椎筋骨平衡,解痉止痛,达到治疗目的。脊柱微调手法为临床治疗NSLBP开拓了思路,值得临床上推广应用。Non-specific low back pain(NSLBP)is a common spine-derived disease with complicated pathogenesis in clinic,with pain and dysfunction as the main clinical manifestations.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical research on the relevance of the disease based on the pathogenesis of‘imbalance of muscle and bone’.Based on the concept of‘balance of muscle and bone’,professor FANG Min implements the principle of‘treating tendons first,then adjusting bones’,and uses spinal fine-tuning techniques to treat NSLBP,improved lumbar vertebrae’s balance of muscles and bone,relieved spasm and relieved pain,and achieved the therapeutic purpose.The spine micro-adjusting manipulation has opened up ideas for clinical treatment of NSLBP and is worthy of clinical application.
