摘　　要：陈达灿教授从事皮肤病临床工作30余年,总结了"中土为枢,从脾论治"疑难皮肤病的学术思想,在临床上取得良好的疗效。他认为脾与皮肤病的发病关系密切,是防病治病的核心,岭南地区皮肤病突出脾病为主要矛盾;提出了治疗上祛湿不忘调脾、调理多个脏腑从脾入手,疑难重症慢性皮肤病需补脾,升降失常、寒热错杂之证求之于脾,儿童尤须固护脾胃等从脾论治皮肤病的基本思路,并介绍了治疗的常用方剂和中药。Professor CHEN Da-can has devoted himself to the clinical practice within the skin diseases field for over 30 years.Against difficult skin diseases,he summarized the academic thought of‘midland(Zhongtu)serves as a hub,thus treatment plan should be prepared with spleen as the core’.His work has been proved to be clinically effective.He believes that spleen has a close relation to the attack of skin diseases and it is also at the core of prevention and treatment.He also suggested that unhealthy spleen is the outstanding main contradiction of skin diseases in Lingnan region.He has put forward some basic ideas of treating skin diseases from spleen:treatment plan should include eliminating dampness and regulating spleen;spleen should be the initial point for regulating other Zang and Fu organs;tonifying spleen is necessary for treating difficult chronic skin diseases;diseases like abnormal ascending and descending,cold and warm complications,should seek help from spleen;youngsters must especially protect their spleens and stomachs.He also introduced some common prescriptions and traditional Chinese medicine for skin diseases treatment.
