基于“玄府-腠理-三焦”理论辨治胆碱能性荨麻疹

摘　　要：玄府是遍布人体、网络全身、沟通内外的孔道状微观结构,以通为用,构成人体气血津液升降出入、流行运转的微观结构;腠理,即肌肉和皮肤的纹理,是渗泄体液、流通气血的门户,有抗御外邪内侵的功能;三焦亦被称为水道,是人体水液运行的主要通道。"玄府-腠理-三焦"相互贯通,彼此相接,气液流行其中,形成一个相对连贯的水循环系统。胆碱能性荨麻疹是一种特殊荨麻疹亚型,皮肤黏膜由于暂时性血管通透性增加而发生的局限性水肿。文章遵循"玄府-腠理-三焦"理论,运用麻黄连翘赤小豆汤合五皮饮加减治以开宣玄府、疏泄腠理、畅达三焦,可获良效,并附验案一则。Xuanfu is a porous microstructure throughout the human body,the whole body of the network,communication inside and outside,with tong as the function,constitute the human body qi,blood,body fluid rise and fall in and out,popular operation of the microstructure.Couli,that muscles and skin texture,is the permeability of body fluids,circulation of qi and blood portal,have the function of resisting external invaders.Also known as the waterway,three jiao is the main channel through which the human body flows.‘Xuanfu-Couli-Threejiao’mutual connection,each other,popular among them,the formation of a relatively coherent water circulation system.Cholinergic urticaria is a special subtype of urticaria,which is localized edema of skin mucosa due to temporary increase in vascular permeability.Abide by the theory of‘Xuanfu-CouliThreejiao’,use of the Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction and Five Skin Drink add or subtract to open Xuan Cou,smooth three coke,can be effective,and with a proven case.
