摘　　要：明代徐凤《针灸大全》首次提出"飞经走气":青龙摆尾、白虎摇头、苍龟探穴、赤凤迎源4种针法的操作方法,有通关过节、运行气血的作用。管氏针灸五代相传,针刺手法自成体系;文章简介管氏针刺手法渊源,论述管氏针灸"飞经走气"手法:青龙摆尾、白虎摇头、苍龟探穴、赤凤迎源的适应证及手法操作;分析管氏"飞经走气"手法的改进创新和临床特点,结合病案举例,阐述管氏针灸"飞经走气"手法的临床经验,探讨管氏针灸学术流派针刺手法的学术特色。The use of needling techniques to move chi and blood to expand needling feeling beyond joints was first reported in Ming dynasty,in XU Feng’s Complete Works of Acupuncture.He described four needling techniques:dragon waging tail,tiger shaking head,turtle exploring tunnel,and phoenix opening wings.It has the function of clearing customs and festivals and running qi and blood.GUAN family has practiced acupuncture for five generations and has developed their own unique system of the four techniques.This article narrated the origin and evolution of GUANs’special needling techniques to move chi and blood to expand needling feeling beyond joints,described their innovations and clinical applications,used cases to demonstrate the clinical experiences of applying these techniqued,and analyzed the academic characteristics of these methods.
