黄芩汤对化疗药物增效减毒的机制及临床应用概述

摘　　要：化疗是恶性肿瘤的重要治疗手段,但其不良反应明显,严重影响患者的生活质量及治疗进程。黄芩汤可有效改善化疗药物引起的毒副反应,同时提高化疗药物的抗肿瘤活性,目前已广泛地应用于结直肠癌、肝癌、胰腺癌等多种恶性肿瘤的治疗,并取得了较好的临床疗效。现代研究表明,黄芩汤对化疗药物增效减毒的机制与抑制炎症、调节免疫以及调节肿瘤微环境有关。文章结合国内外文献,总结了黄芩汤对化疗药物增效减毒的作用机制,并对其临床应用进行综述。Chemotherapy is an important method of therapies in the treatment of malignancies.However,severe toxicity seriously reduces the quality of life and affects clinical treatments in patients.Huangqin Decoction can effectively attenuat the toxicity induced by chemotherapy drugs and enhance the antitumor activity of chemotherapeutic drugs.Currently,Huangqin Decoction has been widely used in the treatment of colorectal cancer,liver cancer,pancreatic cancer,and other malignant tumors,and performed with a good clinical outcome.Modern research shows that the mechanism of Huangqin Decoction for enhancing efficacy and reducing the toxicity of chemotherapeutic drugs is related to inhibiting inflammation,modulating the immune response and tumor microenvironment.In this review,combined with the domestic and foreign literature,the mechanism of the effect of Huangqin Decoction in reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency of chemotherapy was summarized,and its clinical application was reviewed.
