近代越医名家邵兰荪运用引药经验探赜

摘　　要：近代越医名家邵兰荪医术精湛,医名颇盛,处方用药独具特色,善用引药增强疗效。《邵氏医案》和《邵兰荪医案》等共400余则医案中,邵兰荪使用引药的医案近100则。据统计,邵兰荪所用引药有20余种,涉及疾病亦有20余种。文章依据医案内容,介绍了鲜荷叶、枇杷叶、陈海蛰、路路通、陈淘米泔水5种引药的运用。邵兰荪在具体临证时,常以鲜荷叶为引治疗暑湿为病,以枇杷叶为引治疗咳嗽气逆,以陈海蛰为引治疗肝火咳血,以路路通为引治疗胃脘疼痛,以陈淘米泔水为引治疗淋浊涩痛。遣药立方颇具风格,值得临床借鉴。SHAO Lan-sun was modern famous Yue doctor.He had excellent medical skills and was very famous.He had unique experience in prescription and was good at using messenger drugs to enhance pesticide effect.There were more than 400 medical cases in SHAOs’Medical Cases and SHAO Lan-sun Medical Cases,and there were nearly 100 medical cases which used messenger drugs.According to the statistics,there were more than 20 messenger drugs and disease.The paper introduced the usage of fresh lotus leaf,loquat leaf,old jellyfish,fructus liquidambaris,and old rice washing water.SHAO Lansun treated summer-heat and damp by fresh lotus leaf,cough and qi inversion by loquat leaf,hemoptysis due to liver fire by old jellyfish,stomachache by fructus liquidambaris,and turbid and astringent pain by old rice washing water.The prescription was characteristic and worthy of clinical reference.
