摘　　要：目的:观察针刺对主观认知下降(SCD)患者认知功能和脑局部一致性的影响。方法:纳入16例SCD患者,分为针刺治疗组与空白对照组,每组8例。针刺治疗组在相关腧穴进行针刺操作,每周2次,共12周。空白对照组不接受任何治疗。采用简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)和蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分评估总体认知功能,采用静息态功能磁共振成像(fMRI)的局部一致性(ReHo)分析观察脑区功能改变。结果:与空白对照组比较,针刺治疗组能显著改善SCD患者的总体认知功能(P<0.05)。fMRI分析结果显示,与空白对照组比较,针刺治疗组能够降低前额叶皮层ReHo值,抑制前额叶皮层的活动。结论:针刺通过减弱SCD患者前额叶皮层的异常活动,发挥对SCD患者认知功能的改善作用。Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture on cognitive function and local consistency of brain in patients with subjective cognitive decline(SCD).Methods:A total of 16 SCD patients were divided into acupuncture treatment group and control group,8 in each group.The acupuncture group was treated twice a week for 12 weeks.The control group received no treatment.The general cognitive function was assessed by MMSE and MOCA scores,and the changes of brain function were observed by ReHo analysis of fMRI.Results:Compared with the control group,acupuncture treatment group could significantly improve the cognitive function of SCD patients(P<0.05).fMRI analysis showed that acupuncture treatment group could reduce the Re Ho of prefrontal cortex and inhibit the activity of prefrontal cortex compared with the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture can improve the cognitive function of SCD patients by reducing the abnormal activity of prefrontal cortex.
