摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺木乃伊结节的灰阶超声及彩色多普勒(CDFI)超声特点,以避免误诊为甲状腺乳头状癌。方法选取31例甲状腺木乃伊结节患者(木乃伊结节组)与33例甲状腺乳头状癌患者(乳头状癌组),应用灰阶超声及彩色多普勒超声获取结节的大小、边界、形态、回声、钙化、黑白双层晕环征、血流信号等超声特点。结果木乃伊结节组与乳头状癌组在蛋壳样钙化、黑白双层晕环征及血流信号方面有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余特征比较无统计学意义。结论病史的询问、以往超声图像的对比及木乃伊结节的蛋壳样钙化、黑白双层晕环征、结节内部无血流的超声特征有助于木乃伊结节的诊断。Objective To investigate the characteristics of gray-scale ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)of thyroid mummy nodules in order to avoid misdiagnosis as thyroid cancer.Methods 31 cases of thyroid mummy nodule(mummy nodule group)and 33 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma(papillary carcinoma group)were selected.The size,boundary,shape,echo,calcification,black-and-white halo ring sign and blood flow signal of the nodules were obtained by gray-scale ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound.Results There were significant differences in eggshell calcification,black-and-white halo ring sign and blood flow signal between mummy nodule group and papillary carcinoma group(P<0.05).The other features were not statistically significant.Conclusions The history of mummy nodules,the contrast of previous ultrasound images,eggshell calcification,black and white double halo ring sign and no blood flow inside the nodules are helpful for the diagnosis of mummy nodules.
