妇科不孕症患者行腹腔镜手术后睡眠质量调查分析

摘　　要：目的:分析妇科不孕症患者腹腔镜手术治疗后的睡眠情况。方法:选取龙岩市永定区医院收治的妇科不孕症患者110例作为观察组,选取正常成年妇女110例作为对照组。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及自编影响睡眠因素调查表对研究对象进行调查。比较2组研究对象睡眠质量评分,寻找影响患者睡眠障碍的相关因素。结果:观察组患者手术后PSQI≤7、PSQI>7分别有28例、82例,各占25.45%、74.55%。观察组PSQI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。影响患者睡眠的主要因素有病房噪声、陌生环境、光线、疼痛、高碳酸血症、恶心、呕吐、担心生育、经济负担等。结论:妇科不孕症患者PSQI评分明显高于正常人群,而且有睡眠障碍的比例很高,提示采取腹腔镜手术治疗的妇科不孕症患者的睡眠质量较差,应引起高度重视,采取必要的干预。Objective:To analyze the sleep status of patients with gynecological infertility after laparoscopic surgery.Methods:Comparing 110 cases of gynecological infertility patients(observation group)in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Yongding District Hospital with 110 normal adults(control group).Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and self-designed factors affecting sleep questionnaire were used to investigate the subjects.The sleep quality scores of the two groups were compared to find the related factors affecting the sleep disorders of the patients.Results:After surgery,there were 28(PSQI≤7)and 82(PSQI>7)patients in the observation group,accounting for 25.45%and 74.55%,respectively.PSQI score of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The main factors that affect sleep are ward noise,strange environment,light,pain,hypercapnia,nausea,vomiting,worry about childbirth,economic burden and so on.Conclusion:The PSQI score of gynecological infertility patients was significantly higher than that of the normal population,and the proportion of sleep disorders was very high,suggesting that the sleep quality of gynecological infertility patients treated by laparoscopic surgery was poor,which should be paid great attention to,and necessary intervention should be taken.
