舒适护理改善围术期骨折患者睡眠质量与心理情绪的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究舒适护理对骨折患者围术期睡眠质量与心理情绪的影响。方法:选取2019年9月至2020年9月厦门市中医院收治的骨折患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组采用舒适护理方式,比较2组患者的睡眠质量和心理情绪。结果:护理后,观察组平均睡眠时间(h)比对照组长,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分比对照组低,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理后,观察组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均比对照组低,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理在骨折患者围术期能够显著提高其睡眠质量,使其焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪减少,有效保障患者生理和心理恢复正常状态,该护理方式可以推广应用。Objective:To study the effect of comfortable nursing on sleep quality and psychological emotion of patients with fracture during perioperative period.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comfortable nursing.The sleep quality and psychological emotion of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the average sleep time(h)of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients with fracture during the perioperative period,reduce their anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,effectively ensure the physiological and psychological recovery of patients to normal state,and this nursing method can be promoted in a wide range.
