摘　　要：目的:探讨精细化护理管理对血液透析患者血压以及睡眠状况的影响。方法:选取2019年1—12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的血液透析患者50例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组患者予以常规护理,观察组患者予以精细化护理管理,观察比较2组患者血压以及睡眠情况。结果:护理前,2组患者的血压及睡眠情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者的血压及睡眠情况均优于对照组患者;观察组患者的不良事件发生率低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:采用精细化护理管理能有效改善血液透析患者的血压水平以及睡眠质量,可临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of fine nursing management on blood pressure and sleep status of hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 50 hemodialysis patients in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were given fine nursing.Blood pressure and sleep were observed.Results:before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood pressure and sleep between the two groups,P>0.05;after nursing,the blood pressure and sleep of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the blood pressure and sleep of the observation group were better than those of the control group.The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:fine nursing management can effectively improve the blood pressure level and sleep quality of hemodialysis patients,which can be widely used in clinical practice.
