高校图书馆主题书展与读者阅读需求契合度研究——以华东师范大学为例

摘　　要：主题书展是高校图书馆开展阅读推广的重要形式。文章基于华东师范大学图书馆历年来主题书展以及读者借阅排行榜图书数据,引入文本相似度计算方法,分别从各分类图书数量、图书高频主题词、图书主题词相似度三个角度分析主题书展对本科生、研究生两类读者群体阅读需求的契合度,提出高校图书馆开展主题书展应依据读者需求实施精细化服务,尤其是改善专业阅读推广服务,这将有助于从读者需求视角提高主题书展服务质量。同时,文章也为图书馆服务评价方法提供参考。Theme book exhibition is one of the important activities for reading promotion. Based on the data of theme book exhibitions and ranking lists of lent books in East China Normal University Library over the years, this paper introduces the text similarity calculation method, and analyzes the matching levels of the theme book exhibitions for the reading needs of undergraduate and graduate students from three perspectives, namely, the numbers of books in each category, the frequencies of book subject words and the text similarities of book subject words. The paper points out that university libraries should promote refined service in the theme book exhibitions according to different readers’ demands,especially improving professional reading promotion service, so as to improve the service quality of theme book exhibition from the perspective of readers’ needs. Meanwhile, the paper also provides reference for library service evaluation methods.
