护理实验室开放智慧管理平台对本科护生能力的影响

摘　　要：探讨护理实验室开放智慧管理平台对本科护生评判性思维能力、自我调节学习能力、综合操作技能的影响。采用整群抽样法,选取我校2017级本科护生为对照组,2018级本科护生为观察组。对照组采用传统预约制开放练习,观察组应用实验室开放智慧管理平台进行开放练习。开放练习前后分别测评护生评判性思维能力、自我调节学习能力,下学期开放练习结束后测评综合技能操作能力。观察组护生评判性思维能力、自我调节学习能力、综合技能操作成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验室智慧管理平台应用于护理实验室开放中,有助于培养实习护生的评判性思维能力,并能较好地提高护生的自我调节学习能力和综合技能操作实践能力。This paper explores the influence of the open wisdom management platform of nursing laboratory on the critical thinking ability,self-regulated learning ability and comprehensive operation skills of undergraduate nursing students.The cluster sampling method was used to select the 2017 undergraduate nursing students of ourschool as the control group,and the 2018 undergraduate nursing students as the observation group.The control group used the traditional appointment system to open contacts,and the observation group used the laboratory'sopen smart management platform for open exercises.The critical thinking ability and self-regulated learming ability of nursing students were assessed before and after the open practice,and the comprehensive skill operation ability was assessed after the open practice of the next semester.The critical thinking ability,self-adjustment learning ability,and comprehensive skill operation scores of nursing students in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The application of the laboratory intelligence management platform in the opening of nursing laboratory is helpful to cultivate the critical thinking ability of interns,and can better improve the self-adjustment learning ability and comprehensive skill operation and practice ability of nursing students.
