摘 要:本文介绍了锆合金平板焊缝的结构及加工工艺,并描述了工件焊接的真空电子束焊接工艺及参数,通过采用超声脉冲反射法判断焊缝熔合区域的脉冲反射信号以确定超声波束所在焊缝区域的熔合情况,从而测量焊缝的熔合宽度。通过对不同频率探头的超声实验,得到最适合的探头频率为50MHz;将实验试样焊缝区域金相解剖得到的焊缝熔合宽度与超声检测数据对比分析表明,采用的超声脉冲反射法可有效检测出锆合金平板焊缝熔合宽度,且最大误差小于0.3mm。This paper introduces the structure and processing technology of zirconium alloy plate weld,and describes the vacuum electron beam welding process and parameters of workpiece welding.The ultrasonic pulse reflection method is used to judge the pulse reflection signal of the weld fusion area,to determine the fusion of the weld area where the ultrasonic beam located,so as to measure the fusion width of the weld.Through the ultrasonic experiment of different frequency probes,the most suitable probe frequency is 50MHz;The comparative analysis between the weld fusion width obtained from the metallographic anatomy of the weld area of the experimental sample and the ultrasonic testing data shows that the ultrasonic pulse reflection method can effectively detect the weld fusion width of zirconium alloy plate,and the maximum error is less than 0.3mm.
