小型鱼类透明标本制作技术

摘　　要：文章以孔鳐(Raja porosa,俗称“老板鱼”)为代表的软骨鱼和锦鲤为代表的硬骨鱼作为主要实验对象,在进行去鳞、去内脏后,通过氢氧化钾腐蚀透明肌肉并用阿利新蓝和茜素红染色剂对鱼体内的软骨及硬骨部分进行着色,再通过脱色液及甘油将外部肌肉脱色并透明化。透明后的鱼类骨骼(含钙部分)均被茜素红染成玫瑰红色,软骨被阿利新蓝染成蓝色,两者轮廓清晰,颜色均匀,且其他组织均呈无色透明状,得到一个外观完整,骨骼结构清晰、层次鲜明的透明鱼类标本。The article to Raja porosa(commonly known as"the boss fish")is a representative of cartilaginous fish and Cyprinus carpio haematopterus,represented by bony fish as the main object of the experiment,after descaling and evisceration,internal corrosion by potassium hydroxide transparent muscle with the new blue and alizarin red stain for fish cartilage and bony part of shading,again through the decoloring liquid and glycerin to the external muscle decoloring and transparent.After transparency,the skeletons(calcium-containing parts)of fish were dyed rose red by alizarin red,and the cartilage was dyed blue by Alicin blue.Both were clear in outline and uniform in color,and the other tissues were colorless and transparent,resulting in a transparent fish specimen with complete appearance,clear bone structure and distinct layers.
