重庆市巴南区2018-2020年居民健康生活方式与行为素养水平及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解2018-2020年重庆市巴南区居民健康生活方式与行为素养水平变化趋势及其影响因素,为有针对性开展健康行为干预提供科学依据。方法2018、2019、2020年3次采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法抽取重庆市巴南区15~<70岁常住人口进行问卷调查。以重庆市巴南区2018-2020年居民健康素养监测数据为依据,分析全区居民健康生活方式与行为素养水平变化趋势及影响因素。结果重庆市巴南区2018-2020年居民健康生活方式与行为水平分别为16.67%、20.15%、26.35%。城乡之间,以及不同年龄、职业、收入、文化程度居民健康生活方式与行为素养水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。15~<25岁和45岁以上居民、文化程度较低者健康生活方式与行为素养水平较低。结论重庆市巴南区2018-2020年居民健康生活方式与行为素养水平呈稳步上升趋势,农村居民、中老年人及文化程度较低者是今后健康教育的重点人群。Objective To understand the trend and influencing factors of the healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy level in Banan District of Chongqing from 2018 to 2020,so as to provide a scientific basis for targeted healthy behavior intervention.Methods In 2018,2019 and 2020,the permanent residents aged 15-<70 in Banan District of Chongqing were selected by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling for questionnaire survey.Based on the monitoring data of residents′health literacy in Banan District of Chongqing from 2018 to 2020,this paper analyzes the change trend and influencing factors of residents′healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy level in the whole district.Results The level of healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy of residents in Banan District in the three years was 16.67%in 2018,20.15%in 2019 and 26.35%in 2020.There were significant differences in healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy between the urban and rural population and residents of different ages,occupations,income and education levels(P<0.05).The healthy lifestyle and behavior level of residents aged 15-<25 and 45 above and those with low education level were lower.Conclusion The level of healthy lifestyle and behavior literacy of residents in Banan District of Chongqing showed a steady upward trend from 2018 to 2020.Rural residents,middle-aged and elderly people and those with low education levels are key population of health education in the future.
