摘  要:为了提高钣金零件的生产效率、生产质量和制件精度,采用模具进行批量生产。同时为了模具设计过程直观、快速、可靠,采用了计算机辅助设计方法。在分析了航空内环缺口垫片数量、结构和工艺特点的基础上,确定了零件采用级进模进行生产。设计了级进模排样图,并对冲裁工艺性进行了阐述。在排样中,包含冲孔、切废料、落料等5个工步。同时介绍了多工位级进模模具结构设计特点以CATIA为计算机辅助设计工具,设计出航空内环缺口垫片级进模所需的模具零件,并对模具零部件进行装配,得到模具装配体的三维数模。分析证明,模具结构合理,符合生产要求。采用计算机辅助设计模具大大提高了设计的可靠性,缩短了开发周期,提高了经济效益。In order to improve production efficiency,production quality and part precision,mold was used for batch production.At the same time,computer aided design method was adopted to achieve an intuitive,quick and reliable mold design.A progressive die design was determined to produce the parts based on analysis about number,structure and technological characteristic of the aviation inner ring gasket.Layout drawing was designed,and punching manufactur ability were stated.During the layout,there were five steps involved punching,cutting and blanking operations.Afterwards key points of the progressive die design were introduced.The progressive die was designed by using CATIA.The parts were assembled and a three-dimensional model of die was also established.The analysis proves that the mold structure was reasonable,which met requirements of product.The computer aided die design greatly improved reliability of the design,shortened development cycle and improved economic benefits.
