摘　　要：介绍了英国建筑节能减碳政策的发展历程和最新动态,陈述了英国"气候变化委员会"的职能、"碳排放预算"的概念和英国建筑领域实现碳中和"平衡净零路径"的基本内容,分析总结了英国经验对我国的借鉴意义。This paper presents the development history and latest trends of policies for building energy conservation and decarbonization in the UK.It focuses on the functions of the Committee on Climate Change,the concept of carbon emission budget and the main contents of the balanced net-zero pathway.The UK experiences might be useful references to developing the pathway for achieving China’s carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.
