摘 要:试验旨在研究不同配方代乳料对早期断奶羔羊生长发育和血清生化指标的影响。选取体重接近的30日龄杂交羔羊36只,随机分为3组,每组羔羊12只(公、母各半)。对照组为自然哺乳,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组分别饲喂代乳料A、B。试验期60 d,其中预试期5 d,正式试验期55 d。结果显示,试验组羔羊采食量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组羔羊料重比低于试验Ⅱ组和对照组(P>0.05);早期断奶并饲喂代乳料显著提高羔羊体重(P<0.05),试验组羔羊平均日增重极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组羔羊体高和胸宽指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组羔羊血清尿素(Urea)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著提高(P<0.05);与试验Ⅱ组和对照组,试验Ⅰ组羔羊白蛋白(ALB)、血糖(GLU)含量及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著提高(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组羔羊腹泻率高于试验Ⅰ组和对照组,试验组无羔羊死亡,对照组死亡2只。试验组经济效益均高于对照组。研究表明,35日龄断奶饲喂代乳料能够加快羔羊生长速度,降低发病率和死亡率;代乳料A、B均有利于降低饲养成本,提高经济效益,实际生产中推荐使用代乳料A。The experiment aimed to study the effect of different formula milk replacers on growth and serum biochemical indexes of early weaned lambs. 36 thirty-day-old hybrid lambs with similar body weights were selected and randomly divided into three groups, with 12 lambs in each group(half in male and female). The control group was natural breastfeeding, and lambs in experimental group Ⅰ and experimental group Ⅱ were fed with milk replacer A and B,respectively. The experiment lasted for 60 d, the pre-test period of the test was 5 d, and the trial period was 55 d. The results showed that the feed intake of pellets in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05), the feed to gain ratio in experimental group Ⅰ was lower than other groups(P>0.05). Early weaned and feeding milk replacer significantly increased the weight of the lambs(P<0.05), and the daily gain of lambs in experimental groups was extremely higher than that in control group(P<0.01). The body height and chest breadth in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Compared with control group, the experimental group significantly increased the content of Urea and IgM(P<0.05). Compared with experimental group Ⅱ and control group, the experimental group Ⅰsignificantly increased content of ALB, GLU and the activity of LDH and SOD(P<0.05). The diarrhea rate in experimental group Ⅱ was higher than that in experimental group Ⅰ and control group. No lamb died in experimental groups, and two lambs died in control group. The experimental groups achieved better economic benefits than control group. The experiment indicates that feeding milk replacer at 35-day-old weaned lambs can speed up the growth rate of lambs, improve production performance of lambs, reduce morbidity and mortality. Milk replacer A and B prepared in the experiment are beneficial to reduce feeding costs and improve economic efficiency.Milk replacer A is recommended in actual production.
