摘 要:试验探析硫辛酸对大口黑鲈抗氨氮胁迫能力的影响。驯养后的大口黑鲈幼鱼分为2组,对照组为基础饵料,处理组拌喂400 mg/kg的硫辛酸,每组3个重复。饲养20 d,对所有鱼进行氨氮胁迫。胁迫后6、12、24、48 h采集大口黑鲈的血清和肝脏样品,分析总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量。结果显示:与对照组相比,处理组血清T-SOD的活性在氨氮胁迫12~24 h后显著升高(P<0.05),CAT的活性在氨氮胁迫48 h后显著升高(P<0.05),MDA的含量在胁迫24~48 h后显著降低(P<0.05),GSH的含量显著升高(P<0.05);处理组肝脏T-SOD的活性在胁迫24~48 h后显著升高(P<0.05),CAT的活性在胁迫6、48 h显著升高(P<0.05),MDA的含量在胁迫48 h显著降低(P<0.05),GSH的含量在胁迫12~48 h显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,氨氮胁迫可引起大口黑鲈的氧化应激,饲喂硫辛酸能够在一定程度上缓解大口黑鲈的氧化应激。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of lipoic acid on anti-ammonia-nitrogen stress ability of Micropterus salmoides.Juvenile largemouth bass were divided into two groups.The control group was fed a basal diet,and the treatment group was fed 400 mg/kg lipoic acid with three replicates in each group.After a 20 d-feeding,all fish were exposed to ammonia nitrogen,then the activities of T-SOD and CAT,the content of MDA and GSH were analyzed in serum and liver at 6,12,24 and 48 h.The results showed that in the serum,compared with the control group after ammonia nitrogen stress,the activities of T-SOD in the treatment group was significantly increased from 12〜24 h under stress(P<0.05),CAT activity was significantly increased at 48 h under stress(P<0.05),MDA content was significantly decreased from 24〜48 h under stress(P<0.05),and GSH content was significantly increased during stress(P<0.05).In liver,compared with control group after ammonia nitrogen stress,T-SOD activity in treatment group was significantly increased from 24〜48 h under ammonia stress(P<0.05),CAT activity was significantly increased at 6,48 h under stress(P<0.05),MDA content was significantly decreased at 48h under stress(P<0.05),and GSH content was significantly increased from 12〜48 h under stress(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that ammonia nitrogen can cause oxidative stress in Micropterus salmoides,feeding with lipoic acid could alleviate the oxidative stress in serum and liver of Micropterus salmoides to some extent.
