摘 要:目的:探讨辣木叶降脂颗粒对高脂血症小鼠的降脂作用。方法:采用腹腔注射75%蛋黄乳和喂养高脂饲料分别复制急性和食饵性高脂血症模型,采用ELISA法观察正常组、模型组、辛伐他汀组(20mg/kg)及辣木叶降脂颗粒组高、中、低剂量组(19.2、9.6、4.8g/kg)小鼠的血脂水平,即血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的表达。结果:将蛋黄乳或高脂饲料造模后,模型组小鼠与空白对照组相比,蛋黄乳造模后模型组小鼠血清中TG、TC、LDL-C水平升高和HDL-C水平的降低具有统计学意义(P<0.05);辣木叶降脂颗粒高剂量组小鼠血清HDL-C水平有一定程度升高(P<0.05),但TG、TC、LDL-C水平均无明显变化(P>0.05);辣木叶降脂颗粒高剂量组、中剂量组蛋黄乳致急性高脂血症模型小鼠血清TG水平有一定程度降低(P<0.05),但TC、LDL-C、HDL-C水平无明显变化(P>0.05);辣木叶降脂颗粒高剂量组食饵性高脂血症模型小鼠血清TG、TC、LDL-C水平有一定程度降低(P<0.05),中剂量组TG、LDL-C水平有一定程度降低(P<0.05)。结论:辣木叶降脂颗粒对高脂血症小鼠的血脂水平具有一定的改善作用,该研究为小鼠高脂血症的治疗提供了新的食疗方法。Objective:To investigate the lipid lowering effect of Capsicum leaflipid reducing granule in hyperlipidemia mice.Methods:The model of acute hyperlipidemia and predatory hyperlipidemia mice were established with 75%egg yolk milk and high fat diet.The levels of blood lipid in normal group,model group,simvastatin group(20 mg/kg),Capsicum leaflipid reducing granule group(19.2,9.6,4.8 g/kg)were observed by ELISA.That is,the expression of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)in serum.Results:Compared with the blank control group,the serum levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C in model group were significantly increased after egg yolk milk or high-fat diet modeling(P<0.05);High dose group of the Capsicum leaflipid reducing granule significantly increased serum HDL-C level of normal mice(P<0.05),had no significant effects on TG,TC and LDL-C(P>0.05);the Capsicum leaflipid reducing granule in high-dose and medium-dose groups could significantly reduce serum TG level of egg yolk milk induced acute hyperlipidemia model mice(P<0.05),and had no significant effect on TC,LDL-C and HDL-C(P>0.05);The high dose group of the Capsicum leaflipid reducing granule could reduce the serum levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the model mice with bait hyperlipidemia(P<0.05),the levels of TG and LDL-C in medium dose group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Capsicum leaf lipid reducing granule can improve the blood lipid level of hyperlipidemia mice to a certain extent,and provide a new dietary therapy for the occurrence and development of hyperlipidemia in mice.
