摘  要:目的:观察瑶药蚂蝗七水煎液对小鼠离体肠平滑肌的收缩作用,并对其作用机制进行初步探讨。方法:通过离体肠肌试验,考察不同剂量的蚂蝗七水煎液对正常肠肌及在工具药乙酰胆碱和阿托品的作用下离体肠平滑肌活动的影响,记录肠肌收缩的张力信号值及频率。结果:蚂蝗七水煎液对正常小鼠离体肠平滑肌收缩作用有明显抑制作用(P<0.01或P<0.05),能明显拮抗乙酰胆碱(Ach)对小鼠离体平滑肌的兴奋作用,能与阿托品(Atr)协同作用于小鼠离体肠平滑肌,增强抑制作用。结论:瑶药蚂蝗七水煎液对小鼠离体肠平滑肌有抑制作用,其机制可能与阻断M受体相关。Objective:To observe the contraction of intestinal smooth muscle in mice induced by Decoction of Yao medicine Chirita fimbrisepala,and to explore its mechanism.Methods:The effects of different doses of water decoction of Acridoides sinensis on the activity of normal intestinal muscle and isolated intestinal smooth muscle under the action of acetylcholine and atropine were studied by in vitro intestinal muscle test.The tension signal of intestinal muscle contraction was recorded and its inhibition rate was calculated.Results:The Decoction of Acridae septempunctata has obvious inhibitory effect on contraction of isolated intestinal smooth muscle of normal mice(P<0.01 or P<0.05).It can obviously antagonize the exciting effect of Ach on isolated smooth muscle of mice.It can cooperate with Atr to inhibit isolated smooth muscle of mice,and make the inhibition of smooth muscle more significant.Conclusion:The Decoction of Chirita fimbrisepalacan inhibit intestinal smooth muscle of mice in vitro,and may be related to blocking M receptor.
