防脱育发液联合祛脂生发汤治疗女性型脱发临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察防脱育发液联合祛脂生发汤治疗女性型脱发的临床疗效。方法:将82例女性型脂溢性脱发患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各41例。治疗组予以外用防脱育发液联合口服祛脂生发汤治疗,对照组予以口服祛脂生发汤治疗。治疗2个月后,观察比较两组患者临床疗效、皮肤镜结果、主要症状积分。结果:最终完成试验者共79例,其中治疗组41例,对照组38例。总有效率治疗组为90.24%,对照组为76.31%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组症状积分及总积分治疗前后比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在减轻患者头屑、头痒、促进新发生长方面优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者皮肤镜征象毛发直径差异大,头皮炎症比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组在减轻头皮炎症方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:外用防脱育发液联合祛脂生发汤治疗女性型脱发的临床疗效优于仅口服祛脂生发汤,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fangtuo Yufa liquid combined with Quzhi Shengfa decoction on female patter hair loss.Methods:82 patients with Female patter hair loss who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,41 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Fangtuo Yufa liquid combined with Quzhi Shengfa decoction,and the control group was treated with oral Quzhi Shengfa decoction.After 2 months of treatment,clinical efficacy,dermoscopic results and main symptom scores were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:79 patients completed the experiment,including 41 patients in the treatment group and 38 patients in the control group.The total effective rate was 90.24% in the treatment group and76.31% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of symptom scores and total scores between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in alleviating dandruff,head itching and promoting new growth(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in dermoscopic hair diameter and scalp inflammation between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in alleviating scalp inflammation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of external Fangtuo Yufa liquid combined with Quzhi Shengfa decoction in the treatment of female patter hair loss is better than that of oral quzhi shengfa decoction alone,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
