温经通络止痛汤配合腰椎斜扳法治疗风寒湿痹型腰椎间盘突出症

摘　　要：目的:探究自拟方温经通络止痛汤合腰椎斜扳手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(风寒湿痹型)的临床疗效。方法:随机选取腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,分为观察组与对照组各30例,观察组予以腰椎斜扳法配合温经通络止痛汤内服,对照组予以盐酸乙哌立松片口服。两组患者疗程均为2周。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后的VAS评分情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者的VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周后,两组患者的VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用温经通络止痛汤配合腰椎斜扳手法治疗风寒湿痹型腰椎间盘突出症,临床疗效尚可,可显著缓解症状,值得推选。Objective:Explore the clinical efficacy of the self-made prescription WenJing TongLuo ZhiTong decoction combined with the lumbar oblique wrench method in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(wind-cold-dampness type).Methods:Randomly select 60 patients who meet the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation,and divide them into observation group and control group with 30 cases each.The observation group was given lumbar oblique pull method with WenJing TongLuo ZhiTong decoction orally,and the control group was given eperisone hydrochloride tablets orally.The course of treatment for both groups was 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy and VAS scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the VAS scores of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than the control group’s 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of wind-cold-dampness-type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with WenJing TongLuo ZhiTong decoction combined with lumbar oblique wrench method is clinically effective and can significantly alleviate the symptoms of patients.It is worthy of promotion.
