理中汤加减治疗军人脾胃虚寒型阴汗证临床研究与典型医案分析

摘　　要：目的:观察理中汤加减治疗军人脾胃虚寒型阴汗证的临床疗效,并列举典型医案,阐述理中汤加减的原则。方法:选取32例脾胃虚寒型军人阴汗证患者,根据临床表现采用理中汤加减治疗,1剂/日,早晚两次分服,10天为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察治疗疗效,并根据典型案例,分析理中汤加减规律。结果:32例患者中治愈19例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率93.75%,出汗症状评分显著降低。结论:理中汤加减治疗脾胃虚寒型阴汗证疗效理想,临证应以整体辨证为根本,注重经方的加减运用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Lizhong Decoction in the treatment of Yin sweat syndrome of spleen and stomach deficiency type in soldiers,and list typical medical cases to elaborate the principle of Lizhong decoction.Methods:32 cases of soldiers with Yin sweat syndrome of spleen stomach deficiency cold type were selected and treated with Lizhong Decoction according to the clinical manifestations,1 dose/day,twice in the morning and evening,10 days as a course of treatment,and the therapeutic effect was observed after 2 courses of treatment,and the rules of Lizhong Decoction were analyzed according to typical cases.Results:Among the 32 patients,19 cases were cured,11 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.75%.Conclusion:The effect of Lizhong Decoction on Yin sweat syndrome of spleen stomach deficiency cold type is ideal.
