摘　　要：荨麻疹是以风团发作、瘙痒为主要症状的常见皮肤病。通过跟师学习总结荨麻疹辨治临证之时应明主因,局部结合整体明析寒热表里虚实,六经定向后取方用药,运用麻黄类方治疗本病应重视中病即止的治疗原则,三因制宜,整体调护,注重天人一体观。Urticaria is a common skin disease with wind mass and itching as the main symptoms.Learn from the teacher to summarize the main causes of urticaria in the diagnosis and treatment of urticaria.The main cause should be identified,combined with the whole to analyze the deficiency and excess of the cold and heat,and the six meridians should be oriented to take prescriptions.The use of ephedra prescriptions should pay attention to the treatment of the disease.The principle should also be based on the three factors,the overall adjustment,and the emphasis on the view of the unity of nature and human.
