摘  要:针对三节点垂直腔表面发射激光器混沌波分复用通信系统,研究了完全混沌同步受系统参数如光注入强度,归一化注入电流和注入时延的影响。研究表明,基于周期性极化铌酸锂晶体的线性电光效应可降低完全混沌同步对光注入强度,归一化注入电流和注入时延的依赖性。在合适的外加电场作用下,光注入强度在小于3.3 ns^(-1)范围内不会对系统完全混沌同步产生影响,并且注入时延和归一化注入电流在很大的变化范围内也不会影响系统完全混沌同步。同时还发现系统完全混沌同步随外加电场的变化表现出准周期性的演变规律。若光注入强度超过3.3 ns^(-1)时,系统同步质量会急剧恶化。因此合适的外加电场可消除较小范围的系统参数漂移对完全混沌同步的影响。For the chaotic wavelength division multiplexing communication system of three-node vertical cavity surface emitting lasers,the influence of system parameters such as light injection intensity,normalized injection current and injection delay on complete chaos synchronization is studied.The studies show that the linear electro-optic effect based on periodic poled LiNbo_(3) crystal can reduce the dependence of complete chaos synchronization on light injection intensity,normalized injection current and injection delay.Under the action of a suitable external electric field,the light injection intensity within the range of less than 3.3 ns^(-1) will not affect the complete chaos synchronization of the system.Meanwhile,the injection delay and normalized injection current within a large range of variation will also not affect the complete chaos synchronization.It is also found that the complete chaos synchronization of the system exhibits a quasi-periodical evolution law with the change of the applied electric field.If the light injection intensity exceeds 3.3 ns^(-1),the synchronization quality of the system will deteriorate sharply.Therefore,a suitable external electric field can eliminate the influence of the drift of the system parameters in a small range on the complete chaos synchronization.
