摘  要:分离式霍普金森杆(SHPB)是一种公认有效的用于研究材料在高应变率下动态力学响应的测试技术,可为工程设计和材料应用提供重要的现实指导意义。本文介绍了霍普金森压杆的分类,阐述了传统SHPB试验的测试装置和实验原理。然而传统的应变测量方法主要采用接触式电测法,存在测量精度受多种因素影响、对微小尺寸试件无法适用等弊端。基于此,重要介绍了数字图像相关方法(DIC)这一应变光测法,该方法具有非接触式、测试结果精度高、抗干扰强、可视化程度高等优点,基于DIC的SHPB测试技术将是今后主流的测试手段。Split Hopkinson bar(SHPB)is a widely accepted and effective testing technique for studying the dynamic mechanical response of materials at high strain rates.It can provide important practical guiding significance for engineering design and material application.In this paper,the classification of Hopkinson pressure bar is introduced firstly,and the test device and experimental principle of traditional SHPB test are described.However,the traditional strain measurement method mainly adopts the contact electric measurement method,which has some disadvantages,such as the measurement accuracy is affected by many factors,and it is not suitable for small size specimens.Based on this,the digital image correlation method(DIC),which is a strain optical measurement method,is introduced.Because of its advantages of non-contact,high accuracy of test results,strong anti-interference and high visualization,it is considered that the SHPB testing technology based on DIC will be the mainstream testing method in the future.
