精准扶贫背景下大学生资助工作的开展路径探索

摘　　要：精准扶贫是我国全面建成小康社会目标的重要举措,它是针对粗放扶贫而言的,强调采用科学的程序精准识别、帮扶并且管理扶贫对象。在这一背景下,高校需要将其作为重要指导思想,针对大学生的资助工作进行优化,除了规范资助学生的认定标准和程序,还需要以学生的发展需求来开展资助工作,拓展资助的范畴,充分运用信息技术来增强资助工作的精准性,让真正贫困的大学生在接受国家优惠政策的同时,可以顺利完成学业,健康成长,努力实现人生价值。Targeted poverty alleviation is an important measure of China's goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.It is aimed at extensive poverty alleviation and emphasizes the use of scientific procedures to accurately identify,help and manage poverty alleviation objects.In this context,colleges and universities need to take it as an important guiding ideology to optimize the financial aid work for college students.In addition to standardizing the identification standards and procedures of financial aid students,they also need to carry out financial aid work according to the development needs of students,expand the scope of financial aid,and make full use of information technology to enhance the accuracy of financial aid work,so that the truly poor college students can successfully complete their studies,grow up healthily and strive to realize the value of life while accepting the national preferential policies.
