摘　　要：从入户调研、遗产保护、规划编制、工程设计4个方面呈现了小西湖街区保护与再生实践的系统方法和技术;从土地征收、自主更新、资金筹措、工作协同4个方面总结了其中的政策与机制探索。在此基础上,就历史地段遗产保护与活化利用的辩证关系、物质空间外在表象与内隐结构的机理认知、城市更新实践与既有规则体系的矛盾冲突等问题,提出了辩证性的思考与建议。This paper presents the systematic methods and techniques of the conservation and regeneration practice of Xiaoxihu Block from four aspects:status survey,heritage conservation,planning and architectural design.It summarizes the policymaking and institutional explorations on four levels:land acquisition,autonomous renewal,fund raising and coordinative work.On this basis,this paper brings up dialectical reflections and suggestions on issues such as the relationship between heritage conservation and activation,the mechanism cognition of external spatial appearance and implicit structu re of physical space,and the conflicts between urban regeneration practices and the existing planning system.
