历史地段工程管线综合设计的理念、方法与实施路径——以南京小西湖为例

摘　　要：以南京小西湖历史地段微更新实践为例,提出了满足历史地段保护和发展需求、适应狭窄历史街巷空间特色的工程管线综合设计的理念、方法与实施路径,包括:市政工程规划前置和全程协作的工作理念;从直埋敷设转向微型综合管廊的适应性技术方向;现状勘察、系统规划、断面方案和施工图设计的主要影响因素和设计方法,以及技术审查、施工组织和运营维护等实施路径,为历史地段市政基础设施建设提供借鉴。Taking the micro regeneration practice of Xiaoxihu historic area in Nanjing as an example,this paper advocates for the concept,method and implementation path of comprehensive design of engineering pipelines adaptive to the spatial characteristics of narrow historic lanes,to meet the conservation and development needs of historical area.They include the working concept of prepositive and cooperation of municipal engineering planning of the whole process,the adaptive technical direction from directly-burying layout to micro comprehensive pipe tunnel,the design methods for pipeline system,sectional design for pipe tunn el and construction drawing as well as the implementation paths of technical reviews,construction organization,operation and maintenance,to provide a reference for the construction of municipal infrastructure in historic areas.
