摘　　要：深入贯彻落实国家文件精神,通过文献查阅、赴相关高校及单位走访调研等形式,掌握并提炼出中医博士专业学位研究生(以下简称“中医专博”)培养中存在的关键问题,经专家访谈、会议研讨等方式,提出构建“专博”与“专培”相结合的新型培养模式,采取培养目标、培养过程、评价标准的“三结合”途径,将中医专博临床培养目标与中医专科医师规范化培训(以下简称“中医专培”)相对接,要求中医专博临床能力达到“初年中医主治医师水平”之中医专培目标,并形成包括培养年限、课程学习、临床实践、培养流程主要环节、学位论文要求等全要素在内的中医“专博”与“专培”相结合培养方案和统一标准、具有可操作性的考核评价体系。并以实证研究方式将这一新型培养模式付诸实践,通过对试点单位中医专博的学业成绩、就业情况,以及用人单位、学生和导师满意度调查等进行的综合分析,证实新培养模式有效、可行,为高等中医药院校中.医专博培养提供可借鉴的模式和经验。Based on reviewing literature, investigation of certain universities and relevant units, this paper identifies main problems in cultivating doctorate students of TCM, and further puts forward a new integrative cultivating mode combing standardized training of specialists(Standardized Training) and cultivating doctorate physicians of clinical medicine(Doctorate Physicians Cultivation) by interviewing experts and seminars. The objectives of Standardized Training and Doctorate Physicians Cultivation are considered together by integrating training objectives, processes and assessments. It is required that the clinical ability of TCM doctorate students should reach the level of attending specialists of early years. A combined evaluation system is constructed including all the relevant elements such as training years, courses, clinical practice, training process, and dissertation requirements. An empirical research is conducted to implement this integrative training mode. It has proved effective through the analysis of students’ academic achievements in internship hospitals, employment, satisfaction surveys of internship units, students and supervisors. This reform can provide reference for TCM colleges and universities in cultivating doctorate students.
