摘　　要：通过对HX_(N)3B型内燃机车空压机卸荷阀控制原理介绍,结合在调车作业过程中出现的空压机1停机故障进行分析处理,总结卸荷阀控制电路故障发生的原因,找出机车辅助逆变器内控程序设计缺陷,有针对性地提出控制软件升级建议,及时对内控程序进行版本升级,对确保编组站调车作业秩序具有积极的作用。Based on the control principle of the unload valve of HX_(N)3B diesel locomotive air compressor and combined with the analysis and treatment of the air compressor 1 shutdown occurred during the shunting service,the causes of the unload valve control circuit failure were summarized,and the design flaws of internal control program of locomotive auxiliary inverter were found.So we put forward the suggestions of upgrading control software in a targeted manner,and updated software version timely,which has a positive effect on ensuring the order of shunting service at the marshalling yard.
