摘　　要：介绍了减压间歇蒸馏和减压连续蒸馏的工艺步骤及流程。目前对二甲基亚砜水溶液的回收处理方法多为减压间歇蒸馏,这是由于间歇蒸馏耗能大、成本高,不适用于大批量二甲基亚砜水溶液的处理。通过试验得出:采用减压连续蒸馏提取的溶剂纯度高,能耗小且成本低,适用于大批量二甲基亚砜水溶液的回收。The process steps and processes of decompression batch distillation and decompression continuous distillation are introduced. At present, most of the recycling and treating methods for the dimethyl sulfoxide aqueous solution are decompression batch distillation. Due to the large energy consumption and high cost of batch distillation, it is not suitable for the treatment of large batches of the dimethyl sulfoxide aqueous solution. Through experiments, it is concluded that the solvent extracted by decompression continuous distillation has high purity, low energy consumption and low cost, and is suitable for the recovery of large batches of dimethyl sulfoxide aqueous solutions.
