摘 要:为研究高强聚乙烯纤维材料的防刺和防弹性能,依据GA 68—2008以及GA 141—2010标准对外层由高强聚乙烯复合材料板、内层由高强聚乙烯UD布制成的双防材料进行了防刺和防弹研究,结果表明,高强聚乙烯平纹织物在浸润乙烯基树脂后制成的高强聚乙烯复合材料板对刀具的阻力明显提高,很大程度上提高了双防材料的防刺能力;双防材料的防弹能力远超GA 141—2010标准中的1级防护标准。In order to study the stab-proof and bullet-proof performance of high-strength polyethylene fiber materials, according to GA 68—2008 and GA 141—2010 standards, the stab-proof and bullet-proof research was carried out on the double-proof material whose outer layer is made of high-strength polyethylene composite material board and the inner layer is made of high-strength polyethylene UD cloth. The results show that the resistance of the high-strength polyethylene composite material board made of highstrength polyethylene plain weave fabric impregnated with vinyl resin is significantly improved, which greatly improves the stab-proof ability of the double-proof material;the bullet-proof ability of the double-proof material far exceeds the level 1 protection standard in the GA 141-2010 standard.
