慢性阻塞性肺疾病区域一体化管理对居民肺功能检查的影响

摘　　要：目的:探索慢性阻塞性肺疾病区域一体化管理项目对居民肺功能检查的影响。方法:回顾性分析比较开展慢性阻塞性肺疾病区域一体化管理项目前后,苏州市相城区人民医院呼吸科门诊肺功能筛查数量、初诊慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者GOLD肺功能分级和患者年龄的变化。结果:项目运行前的2016年、2017年门诊筛查肺功能检查数量分别为271例和315例,项目运行之后的2018年、2019年分别为557例和808例,初筛肺功能检查数量明显上升。初筛慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能GOLD1级和GOLD2级的占比,项目运行前的2016年、2017年分别为42%、43%,项目运行之后的2018年、2019年分别为81%、78%,GOLD1级和GOLD2级的占比明显提升。结论:通过开展慢性阻塞性肺疾病区域一体化管理项目,提高了居民以及基层医生对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的认识,增加了居民肺功能检查的依从性,有利于发现早期慢性阻塞性肺疾病病人。OBJECTIVE To explore the impact of the regional integrated management project of COPD on the public lung function test.METHODS Before and after the regional integrated management project of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,retrospective analysis compared the number of pulmonary function screening in the respiratory department of Suzhou Xiangcheng District People’s Hospital,the change of GOLD pulmonary function grade of patients and the age of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.RESULTS Before the operation of the project,the number of outpatient screening lung function tests in 2016 and 2017 were 271 and315,respectively.After the operation of the project,there were 557 cases and 808 cases respectively,and the amount of primary lung function examinations increased significantly in 2018 and 2019.The proportions of lung function GOLD 1 and 2 in the initial screening of COPD patients were 42%and 43%before the operation of the project and 81%and 78%after the operation of the project.The proportion of GOLD 1 and GOLD 2 levels had increased significantly.CONCLUSION Through the development of the regional integrated management project of COPD,the understanding of COPD by grassroots doctors and the public could be improved,and the compliance of lung function test could be increased,which was beneficial to the early detection of COPD patients.
