摘　　要：目的:分析2020年1—6月四川省绵阳市常见传染病流行特征及变化,为疫情防控常态化下传染病防控提供科学依据。方法:采用描述性流行病学方法分析绵阳市2017—2020年各年度1—6月常见传染病发病监测报告数据,描述其发病的主要特征。结果:2017—2020年各年度1—6月绵阳市年均报告病例数居前4位的呼吸道和人群聚集性传染病年均报告发病率185.02/10万,占法定传染病总报告的61.93%,肺结核、流行性感冒、流行性腮腺炎、手足口病总体呈下降趋势。4种传染病流行趋势和好发人群各不相同。结论:新冠肺炎防控措施对于潜伏期短的急性呼吸道和人群聚集性传染病具有一定的防控效果,但肺结核的防控形势依然严峻,在新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化下,对常见传染病需针对不同病种不同的流行特征采取不同的防控措施。OBJECTIVE To analyze the prevalence and trend of common infectious diseases in Mianyang during the prevention and control of the epidemic novel coronavirus pneumonia from January to June 2020,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control strategies of infectious diseases under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.METHODS Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the surveillance report data of common infectious diseases from 2017 to January 2020 in Mianyang,and describe the main characteristics of common infectious diseases.RESULTS From 2017 to January to June 2020,the average annual reported incidence of respiratory and crowd-clustered infectious diseases in Mianyang was 185.02/100000,accounting for 61.93%of the total legally reported infectious diseases.(Pulmonary tuberculosis),influenza,epidemic parotitis mumps,hand-foot-mouth disease,the overall report was Downtrend.The prevalence and prevalence of the four infectious diseases were different.CONCLUSION Novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control measures had the same prevention and control effect on acute respiratory and crowd-aggregated infectious diseases with a short incubation period,but the situation of tuberculosis prevention and control was still severe.Under the normalization of the prevention and control of the Novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,different prevention and control measures should be taken according to the different epidemic characteristics of different diseases.
