孤独症谱系障碍儿童血液34种重金属水平及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解孤独症谱系障碍(Autismspectrumdisorder,ASD)儿童重金属水平及相关影响因素。方法:检测ASD组儿童(n=28)及对照组正常儿童(n=26)体内血液34种重金属含量,同时采用调查问卷方法评估两组人口学信息、社会经济信息以及潜在重金属源的风险因素。结果:ASD组儿童血锰高于对照组儿童,其余33种重金属在两组儿童中差异无统计学意义。看图书频率低的儿童锰较高,但控制ASD儿童及正常儿童分组后,不同看书频率的儿童血锰差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),母亲文化水平处于大专以下的ASD组儿童血铅仍较高,ASD组儿童中房屋或家具脱皮的家庭儿童血铅含量较高,对照组儿童房屋或家具脱皮的家庭儿童血镉含量较高,其余差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ASD组儿童体内血锰含量高于对照组儿童,母亲文化程度较低、房屋内漆皮脱落可能会与儿童血中重金属含量升高有关。OBJECTIVE To investigate the level of heavy metals in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)and related influencing factors.METHODS The levels of 34 heavy metals in blood of ASD children(n=28)and typical Development children(n=26)were detected,and the demographic information,socio-economic information and risk factors of potential heavy metals were assessed by questionnaire.RESULTS Serum manganese Mn in ASD group was higher than that in typical Development group.However,after controlling the grouping of ASD and typical Development,no statistical difference was found in the manganese content of children with different reading frequencies(P>0.05).The blood lead content of children with ASD whose mothers had education level below junior college was still higher,and the blood lead content of children with house or furniture peeling was higher.The blood cadmium content of children from typical Development children’s house or furniture peeling families was higher,and there was no significant statistical difference(P>0.05).CONCLUSION The serum manganese content in children with ASD was higher than that in children with typical Development.The lower educational level of the mother and the peeling of paint skin in the house might be related to the increase of heavy metal content in children’s blood.
