摘　　要：新时代国家应急管理体系的创新发展对道路交通应急管理工作提出了更高要求。公安交通指挥中心是道路交通应急指挥体系的枢纽。通过总结梳理国家应急管理和道路交通应急管理的相关发展成果,深入剖析公安交通指挥中心应急管理工作存在的不足,提出加强顶层设计、完善预案体系、强化科技赋能、制订测评体系等针对性发展建议。The innovative development of the national emergency management system in the new era leads to higher requirements for road traffic emergency management.The police traffic command center now is functioning as the hub of the road traffic emergency command system.By summarizing and sorting relevant development achievements of national emergency management and road traffic emergency management,analyzing shortcomings in traffic emergency management of the police traffic command center,this paper puts forward nichetargeting development suggestions,such as strengthening the top-level design,perfecting the contingency plan system,enhancing empowerment of science and technology,formulating the evaluation system and so on.
