摘　　要：某公司产品具有运动速度快,输出力大的特点,产品动作过程中会产生较强的噪声。为确保该产品在出厂试验时的安全性,并降低其噪声,我公司针对性成功研制一种隔声防护罩。该隔声防护罩根据产品结构特点及试验要求设计,集操作系统为一体,其声结构由多层隔声材料组成,设计新颖,隔声效果显著。该种类防护罩的结构可以在类似的高危险性、高噪声产品出厂试验中使用,在高危险性、高噪声产品的出厂试验中拥有巨大的应用潜力。A product of a company has the characteristics of fast movement,large output force and strong noise during working.To improve the safety of the product during factory test and reduce the test noise,a sound insulation enclosure is developed,and the main structure is introduced.The sound insulation enclosure can effectively improve the safety of factory test of the product and reduce the noise of the workshop.The structure of this type of sound insulation enclosure can be used in the factory test of similar high-risk and high-noise products and has a certain application potential.
