摘 要:根据桥式起重机载荷起升过程,考虑钢丝绳重量和时变刚度的影响,建立起升动力学微分方程。基于Matlab/Simulink构建动力学仿真模型,最终得出起升过程第二和第三阶段的钢丝绳张力随时间的变化规律及主梁振动响应线图。结果表明,起升过程中钢丝绳张力和主梁振动位移的最大值均出现在载荷运动状态发生改变时,仿真得出的动载系数和理论计算值接近。On the basis of load lifting process of bridge crane,considering the influence of wire rope mass and time-varying stiffness,a differential equation of lifting dynamics is established.The dynamic simulation model is constructed based on Matlab/Simulink,and finally the variation law of wire rope tension with time and the diagram of main beam vibration response in the second and third stages of lifting process are obtained.The results show that the maximum values of wire rope tension and main beam vibration displacement in the lifting process both appear when the motion state of the load changes,and the dynamic load coefficient obtained by the simulation is close to the theoretical calculation value.
