摘 要:针对某型号装载机在转向时出现异响的问题,对原地怠速、原地最高转速、原地怠速转向和原地最高转速转向等4种工况下方向机底部振动和方向盘上方附近噪声进行测试与分析,并对方向机进行模态仿真研究,通过试验和仿真的综合分析,确定装载机转向异响的产生机理,提出治理方案,并进行试验验证。研究表明:该转向异响是转向器内液压油的周期性压力脉动激发方向机第9或第31阶模态产生的结构噪声。在转向器和方向机之间增加减振垫后,有效地衰减了转向器至方向机的振动传递,转向噪声降幅达80%,主观体验转向异响基本消失,驾驶室内声品质得到明显改善。In view of the abnormal noise of a loader in steering,the vibration at the bottom of the traversing mechanism and the noise near the top of the steering wheel under four working conditions,including idling in place,maximum speed in place,idle steering in place and maximum speed in place,are tested and analyzed,and the modal simulation research on traversing mechanism is conducted.Through comprehensive analysis of test and simulation,the mechanism of abnormal steering noise of the loader is determined,and the treatment plan is proposed and verified by tests.The research shows that the abnormal steering noise is the structural noise generated by the 9th or 31st mode of the traversing mechanism excited by the periodic pressure pulsation of the hydraulic oil in the steering gear.After adding a damping pad between the steering gear and the traversing mechanism,the vibration transmission from the steering gear to the traversing mechanism is effectively attenuated,the steering noise is reduced by 80%,the subjective experience of abnormal steering noise is basically eliminated and the sound quality in the cab is significantly improved.
