起重机副臂变幅液压缸的安全性设计研究

摘  要:针对大型轮式起重机固定副臂变幅液压缸的安全性问题,基于焊接工艺及液压原理指出受拉力载荷液压缸存在的安全隐患。统计分析起重机固定副臂用受拉力载荷液压缸的结构形式及其使用工况,结合目前制造工艺条件的限制,提出受拉力载荷液压缸的安全性设计排查要点及其受力校核关键点,并给出优化改进建议。针对液压缸内泄安全问题,提出用受压力载荷液压缸替代受拉力载荷液压缸的建议。In view of the safety problems of derricking hydraulic cylinder of fixed jib of large tyre crane,the potential safety risks of hydraulic cylinder under tensile load are pointed out based on welding technology and hydraulic principle.The structure forms and working conditions of the tension loaded hydraulic cylinder of the fixed jib of the crane are counted and analyzed.Combined with the limitations of the current manufacturing technology,the key points of the safety design and stress check of the hydraulic cylinder under tensile load are put forward,and the optimization and improvement suggestions are given.For the safety problem of internal leakage of the hydraulic cylinder,it is recommended to replace the hydraulic cylinder under tensile load with the hydraulic cylinder under pressure load.
