摘 要:在钢管桩围堰拆除时,常需要派潜水员下潜到管桩里进行水下氧弧焊切割作业,作业风险极高。以广州车陂隧道项目为依托,研制一种水下切割机器人,取代高风险的人工水下作业,实现水下切割的机械化与无人化作业,实现本质安全。水下切割机具有管桩内支撑系统、切割系统、岸上控制系统及液压动力站,只需工人在岸上操作就可完成切割作业。When demolishing the steel pipe pile cofferdam,it is often necessary to send divers to dive into the pipe pile for underwater oxygen arc welding cutting,and the operation is highly risky.Based on the Chebei tunnel project in Guangzhou,an underwater cutting robot is developed to replace workers for the high-risk underwater operation,which realizes mechanized and unmanned operation of underwater cutting and achieves inherent safety.The underwater cutter consists of an internal support system for pipe piles,a cutting system,an onshore control system and a hydraulic power station,which can complete the cutting by the worker’s operation on the shore.
