对托盘堆垛车设置护顶架的分析和探讨

摘　　要：针对带折叠站板的托盘堆垛车需要设置护顶架的观点,通过对托盘堆垛车和平衡重式叉车防止坠落物体伤害所采取的不同措施进行分析,论述托盘堆垛车设置护顶架后对使用性能造成的不利影响。指出对步驾式车辆定义的错误理解,以及不能正确认识带站驾选项车辆的含义,导致将带折叠站板的托盘堆垛车误认为是站驾式车辆,从而设置护顶架。Based on the viewpoint that the pallet stacker with a folding board for standing shall be equipped with an overhead guard,the different measures taken for the pallet stacker and counterbalanced fork-lift truck to prevent the hazard of falling objects are analyzed,and the adverse impact on the service performance of the pallet stacker after setting the overhead guard is discussed.It is pointed out that the wrong understanding of the definition of pedestrian-propelled truck and the incorrect knowledge of the meaning of truck with a stand-on option lead to a mistake of the pallet stacker with a folding board for standing as a standon operator truck,thereby setting an overhead guard.
