摘  要:为了得到具有低电压条件下快速电热转换特性的碳基材料复合膜,本文选用纳米纤维素作为骨架支撑材料,采用真空抽滤的方法,制备了具有低电压条件下快速温度响应特性的柔性碳基材料复合膜。运用红外热像仪动态记录了复合膜表面温度场的变化过程,通过电热性能测试分析了复合膜的电热升温性能、电阻-温度稳定性等的影响关系,采用扫描电子显微镜分析了复合膜表面的微观形貌,从微观角度揭示其电热性能变化的内在机制。系统研究了碳基材料含量及多壁碳纳米管掺混比例对复合膜电热响应特性的影响规律,最终获得碳基材料含量50%,在10 V直流电压下升温速率可达82℃/s的高性能柔性复合膜。In order to obtain a carbon-based composite membrane with fast electro-thermal conversion characteristics under low voltage conditions,this paper selects nanocellulose as the backbone support material,and adopts a vacuum filtration method to prepare a flexible carbon-based composite film with fast temperature response characteristics under low voltage conditions.The thermal imaging camera was used to dynamically record the change process of the surface temperature field of the composite film,and the electro-thermal performance test was used to analyze the influence of the electrical heating performance and resistance-temperature stability,of the composite film.The scanning electron microscopy was used to analyze the microscopic morphology of the composite film surface,revealing the internal mechanism of the change of its electro-thermal properties in the microscopic view.The influence of the carbon-based material content and the mixing ratio of multi-walled carbon nanotubes on the electro-thermal response characteristics of the composite film was systematically studied.Finally,a high-performance flexible composite film with a carbon-based material content of 50%and the heating rate of 82℃/s under a 10 V DC voltage is obtained.
