摘  要:本文采用VOF方法对填料加湿器内部通道水和空气直接接触传热传质特性进行了数值研究,研究了结构参数比、填料通道波纹数和通道高度对传热传质的影响,并使用渗透传质理论对水蒸气浓度场进行了预测。研究表明,随着通道高度增加及波纹数目的增多,通道出口水蒸气质量分数不断增大,并基于结构参数比改进得出最优填料通道结构。In this paper,the VOF method is used to investigate heat and mass transfer characteristics of direct contact between water and air in the inner channel of a packed humidifier.The effects of the ratio of structural parameters,the waviness number and the length of the channel on heat and mass transfer are studied.The penetration mass transfer theory is applied to accurately predict the water vapor concentration field.The results show that with the increase of the height of the channel and the number of corrugations,the mass fraction of water vapor at the outlet of the channel increases,and the optimal packing channel structure is obtained based on the improvement of the structure parameter ratio.
