摘  要:旋转空化器是一种通过叶片在水中高速旋转产生超空泡以实现不同工程实际应用的装置,本文对双叶片旋转空化器现有楔形叶片进行改型,建立了三种不同叶型的空化器三维几何模型,并采用ANSYS FLUENT软件对其产生的空化流场进行数值模拟,对比分析了其水动力学特性。结果表明,相同转速下,叶型2(改进叶型)产生的空泡尺寸最大,叶型1(原型叶片)次之,叶型3(改进叶型)最小,因而从空泡尺寸的角度来说,采用叶型2的旋转空化器的性能优于采用另外两种叶型的旋转空化器。此外,叶型2的阻力矩最大,但叶型3的阻力矩始终大于叶型1的阻力矩,因此采用叶型2的叶片改型更为合理。Rotational cavitator is a device that generates the supercavities through high-speed rotation of blades in water to realize different practical engineering applications.In this paper,the improvement of blade shape for the existing wedge-shaped blades of the double-blade rotational cavitator is carried out.Three-dimensional geometric models of rotational cavitators with three different blade shapes are established,and numerical simulations on the cavitating flows around the cavitators are performed by utilizing ANSYS FLUENT software.The hydrodynamic characteristics of different rotational cavitators are compared and analyzed.The results show that at the same rotational speed,the sizes of the cavities generated by the rotational cavitators with different blade shapes are in in descending order of Shape 2(improved blade type),Shape 1(prototype)and Shape 3(improved blade type).Therefore,from the perspective of the cavity size,the performance of the rotational cavitator with Shape 2 is better than those of the rotational cavitators with the other two blade shapes.In addition,the resistance moment of the cavitator with Shape 2 is the largest,while the resistance moment of the cavitator with Shape 3 is always larger than that of the cavitator with Shape 1.Therefore,the improvement of blade shape adopting Shape 2 is more reasonable.
