摘  要:为实现某350 MW超临界机组并网期间旁路自动控制,制定了两种旁路自动控制策略,结果表明在压力设定值上每个扫描周期叠加正向偏置的方法基本可实现高、低旁匀速关闭。本文重点对该机组的4次并网过程进行详细的分析,介绍了机组高中压缸联合启动时的通流特点、并网过程中高压缸通流切换过程,对同类型机组的调试、运行及旁路系统自动控制策略的优化具有一定的参考价值。In order to realize the bypass automatic control of a 350MW supercritical unit during grid connection,two bypass automatic control strategies are formulated.The results show that the method of superimposing forward bias in each scanning cycle on the pressure setting value can basically realize the uniform closing of high and low bypass.This paper focuses on the detailed analysis of the four grid connection processes of the unit,and introduces the flow characteristics of the unit during the joint start-up of high and medium pressure cylinders and the flow switching process of high pressure cylinders during grid connection,which has a certain reference value for the commissioning and operation of the same type of units and the optimization of the automatic control strategy of bypass system.
